Sport Balls Return and Shipping Policy

Bolas Sport, with address in Alfares Avenue, 70, 16002, Cuenca, is an online store specializing in sportswear. The following document outlines our return and shipping policy.

Shipping costs €6. Free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than €60.

1. Shipping Policy: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time will depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be detailed at the time of purchase.

2. Return Policy: If a product return is necessary, regardless of the reason, it must be communicated and authorized in advance. The general deadline for any exchange or return is 14 days in the case of withdrawal by the consumer (Art. 97 RDL1/2007). To do so, you must send an email to our customer service team at bolassportcuenca@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and your order number. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all their original tags and packaging.

At the bottom of this section, we provide a sample withdrawal form for your convenience.

3. Return Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Bolas Sport is not responsible for return shipping costs or for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. Returns of damaged or used items will not be accepted. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with accompanying documentation (receipt, invoice, or delivery note), and in the same condition as it was received by the customer. Once we receive the package, we will verify that the product is free of any damage and has not been used. If the product is in perfect condition, we will exchange it. If we detect any anomalies, you will be notified.

5. Refunds: Once we have received and verified the condition of the returned products, we will refund the amount corresponding to the price of the products, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
